I don't know the boundary of the container, but I have seen weapons school planes fly into the restricted airspace north of the base.

Flying around the ranges in a Cessna during a flag exercise seems to be Darwinian to me. It occurs to me that perhaps the reason the agressor forces fly the 95 cooridor is that they are the most experienced pilots, and thus are less likely to have a situation with the civilian air traffic heading around highway 95.
