I watched a few "flying lights" around Groom Lake last year. When they were flying, I could detect a radar pulse every 13 seconds from my location at the power lines. When these planes (probably UAVs) were not flying, I didn't get the radar pulse. By "outside the range", I meant frequency range. I did a search and couldn't find the article regarding the civilian landing, but it has been metioned on the net somewhere. The oldest website for Groom Lake is www.ufomind.com. It is no longer updated, but it has much of the history of the area. There are also old posts you can dig up on alt.conspiracy.area51
