So I've been reading the trip reports, and I see a lot of pictures of signs that say PHOTOGRAPHY OF THIS AREA IS PROHIBITED. There's even a picture of someone taking a picture of one of those signs, in full view of a camo dude vehicle.

So what's the deal with photography at the base perimeter?
