I sent the FOIA to Nellis. They don't have the authority to release the document, so they forwarded the request to Langley AFB.

I found out about "flimsy" when researching the waypoints for the refueling tracks around the ranges. [I wanted exact waypoints, not a general location.] The document has the track waypoints in it, though I found them on the NIMA website as well. If you want to do your own FOIA, the correct name of the document is the "57th Wing Inflight Guide." Langley AFB should have a FOIA notice on it. That will save you 4 months.

Incidentally, I don't think the range map on DLR is the official red flag document, but rather the FAA section map. I recall the real document has the military code names for the areas on it, such as "Coyote Alpha", etc. I don't have the red flag map handy to verify this.
