I tried to contact his family shortly after his death and received no reply. I promised Jerry that I would not publish or otherwise distribute the materials he sent me in any form. I am free to show the actual items I have to others. I just can't copy them or allow them to be copied or digitized, i.e., if we ever met up on a trip, I could bring them along. Unless I hear from Jerry's family, those materials will never be on my site.
