The US HF Network is no longer called GHFS, it is called HF-GCS under the new re-arrangement which also has some stations shutting down, and a new one starting.
Have you got an audio clip of what you heard?
I doubt the iraqis are jamming 11175 and you probably heard secure voice.
Some HF secure voice heard before has a prominant 'start' and 'end' sequence, such as bleeps and other types of tones....
You can hear these types of tones when illegal fisherman are on the air.
