It would be useful to see the recovery operation to get a good idea of the exact location and the path that the recovery team used. The waypoint I gave may not be the exact location since the VOR/radial/distance based location is 1.67 miles to the south of the waypoint. The restricted area is 5 nautical miles around the waypoint, so either location might be right.
