Is that the radar site on Halligan Mesa, about 10 miles or so NE of Basecamp? Not sure, but I do remember "No Trespassing" signs. More signs as you get closer to the installation, but not too much security.
Its pretty much in line with the Basecamp runway, but I am not sure how it ties into the communications network.
