Yes, the McCarran feed is 10 minutes delayed. Same as SFO which has a similar site in operation for quite some time. I suspect security concerns being the reason, more than technical issues. I remember seeing the flight ID's even in "real-time" mode a while ago. The change in flight data likely occurs when the flight is handed off. The TTR flights sometimes get handed off between three different ARTCC's. LA, Salt Lake and Oakland. What I would really like to see is if the flight ID changes to the new callsign when the flights get handed off to Groom Approach. But somehow I doubt that that data would show up on the net.
