At that altitude it would be going to TTR. Groom flights stay at 15,000.
It may "disappear" from the screen when it is handed off to Nellis Control, which would be around that area. Can you track the Groom flights all the way?

The handoff sequence for TTR flights is Vegas Clearance Delivery, Ground, Tower, Departure, then LA Center, Oakland Center, Salt Lake Center, Nellis Control, Silverbow Tower, TTR Ground. Sometimes, depending on the route, they are handed directly from Vegas Departure to Nellis Control.
