Hi Chris-The vehicle my friend saw coming out of Wright Pat was about 600 feet in diameter, pitch black, triangular and completely silent. It was moving very slowly and for its mass the speed would necessitate a certain level of velocity with engines roaring. The most important aspect of the sighting was the complete silence. Later that night there were several leaving Wright Pat as well, also completely silent. This would point to a new form of propulsion-the only thing that we can do is correlate information which is available to include photos taken. The Phoenix sightings seems very similar to the Wright Patterson ones. Now possibly the TR-3B is of a different configuration. But I don't know of any craft in the inventory which can have that kind of mass and fly slowly and silently. It seems to me that the US Government has broken back ET technology and has applied such technology towards experimental craft. Ed
