The low pitched noise is interesting. I often hear a low pitched sound at night around the ET highway. I've heard it both at the power line overlook and at Queen City Summit.

Unfortunately, I have never seen the black triangle with 3 lights on it, nor anything blocking the stars. That kind of photo would be quite easy to fake.
