Usually the dudes are sitting atop Hawkeye Hill (a short distance left of the GLR entrance) and as you get near Roadblock Canyon, they move to Freedom Ridge while another cammo dude goes to the road just inside the signs in the canyon and around the bend to the left about 150 yards from the line there. The last time I was on foot in that area I encountered a Jeep with a light-bar that had come outside the line to locate me and two of the Chevy pickups inside of the line.
