Any subscribers any info. on why Boeing has about 300 engineers,technicians,researchers and support staff camped out at BAe's "Skunk Works" in a cold,wet and windy corner of the UK,supposedly"working on a re-fit and update programme"for an aircraft which they've never even made a stud for before?
