I took a look at the Green River launch site last summer and it's pretty much the same as zipper described it. The fence has been improved, but there was no padlock on the gate. In fact, the gate was wide open. Wife and I drove right in and spent about an hour poking around. Lots of junk the Air Force left there. (The labels on the old equipment racks said "property of the USAF".) Interesting bit of history.
