No. Your referring to the Green River Complex, it's basically and old abandoned missle silo. Jim Wilson, in all his glory, said that was "part" of the new home for the supposidly moved Groom Lake facility. The other two locations that were said in that article of Popular Mechanics were Edwards AFB in California and Michaels AFB in Colorado. The whole story is bogus and while I can't say for sure what activity is happening at any of those sites, I can say with some certainty that it's more than likely not programs of the same caliber that are underway at Groom.
