I found a pen at one of the camo dude spots near the north side near the F4 crash. I camped out overnight at their viewspot and let's just say they were not happy about it.

A typical man made item you can find on the ranges, though not camo dude trash, is flare ignitors. On a hill near Queen City Summit, I found a long cable with an amphenol connector on the end. I have no clue who left it there, but I would think it would be more scientific than military.
