This is an excellent SANITIZED report brought to you through the filters of the pentagon-cloned aliens of the JSG at Langley. These occasional crashes are part of the price we pay for experimental technology until fully operational. Sadly these exercises will continue to be vulernable to human error, until the day we can either rely completely on robotics or a genetically-improved humanoid. Fortunately these planes are much cheaper than one of our Stealhies. Sorry to hear of its occurence as these two will probably be grounded and if retained at all, end up flying a desk for the rest of their military careers, with little chance of promotion. Real bummer for a pilot. Seen it happen to many good men across all military branches. Sat on a few courts-martial boards myself. Not a happy experience for any involved.
