It really isn't that bad, but you will need your hands free for the last part of the climb.

The next hill over to the north is Black Top. I have never been up there, so I don't know what is on top.
There used to be a radio relay on Flat Top, which may have been moved to the less accessible Black Top. Maybe worth checking out closer...
