Can you narrow down the location? You say it was 100-150 miles north of Area 51. The ET Highway does not go so far north, so you may have been on Hwy 6 by then. From where to where were you going? Which side of the highway was it on? There is a radio tower in the hills on the left side of the road when you head north from Rachel and then turn left at Warm Springs towards Tonopah. It has a very bright white strobe light on top, and due to the terrain it creates the illusion of movement. Could that be what you saw? Were you on the way to Tonopah?
