After years of research the commitee found that several icons and or figures immediatly triggered the "fight or flight" reaction or indicated an area so miserable or disagreeable that normal humans would avoid. Unfortunatley the project was a failure as Rosie O'Donnell would not allow her image to be reproduced without HUGE royalties and the FOX network was using some of the ideas already and Rupert Murdock would not give them up. The final blow was when the research team was caught and arrested trying to take a "Welcome to Cleveland" sign. Another waste of taxpayer money.
