Gravity's Speed Measured--Works at Speed of Light, NOT Instantaneously

I'm not exactly sure if this is on topic, but apparently, according to this experiment, gravity does not work instantaneously, but roughly at the speed of light. If this is so, there is an infintessimally small but existent lag between the attraction of two objects and the onset of the effects of gravity. This could open the door to a lot of things, and I would assume, quite a bit of high technology devices.
