I am out in that area almost every night.

I have seen (and wondered) what was orbiting
there and also N/W of EAFB (generally over Jawbone Canyon are R4806, I believe).

Always late night, slow moving A/C with visible strobes. It stays far north of Mojave and west of
highway 14.

I have 2 banks of EAFB, JOSHUA, CHINA freqs, never copied anything.
