"Q" Clearence is what is required to work on Nuclear sites for the DOE. This exerpt taken from a job site amongst other sites I have checked out :-

Canidates must have or have had a DOE "Q" or "Top Secret" DOD clearance.

Unfortunately, trying to find out what is involved in getting "Q" Cleared is proving slightly harder :-)
