Regarding black projects, Bush is on record to eliminate the next generation weapons systems to fund the missile defense shield (Star Wars). Let's hope the DOD persuades Bush to just stay the course. My guess is Star Wars won't even be started in the next 4 years because thus far the technology is a failure, even with the phony tests being used. Given the amount of drugs coming into the US, I think you could sneak a nuke here across the border much easier than using an ICBM. That facts, plus the difficulty of Star Wars handling multiple warheads should stall the project. Otherwise, no new planes to look at for a few years and lots of R&D down the drain.
