I do not know what Clark county does but unless you have a legal residence in Lincoln county,you will NOT get a CCW permit there.The same is true for Nye county.So how is a nonresident going to get one?
The best thing would be to have one in your state if you are worried about carrying concealed in Nevada.
Even if there is not reciprocity,unless you really piss the police off,you should be ok.This does not apply to North Las Vegas though.
