I would be interested to find out how much of the imagery unavailable from Terraserver (or acme, same data I believe) is really "unavailable", or just not up yet. When I was looking for 966, there were still areas of NM not in the Terraserver system (but now, as I check, are there), but EROS/EDC was happy to send me imagery for the area.
