Now if only they had a nice quiet tunnel boring machine. Of course, getting the machine onto location might also attract attention. It's not much of a secret, but if you haven't heard, the off site bunker where Cheney and the shadow government hides is at Site-R. Maybe the new one will be called Site-D or Site-C.

Regarding patents, they aren't worth much until they have been tested in court.
