I don't know if I believe there are all those tunnels all over the place, like some people say. But I'm willing to bet there are some underground bases of some sort. Obviously since it is underground, it wouldn't be easily identified. Now would it. Thus it could be kept secret. Although, why wouldn't they just have a tunnel from Vegas to 51, so they wouldn't have to fly Janets? Maybe because there are too many people to trust with the secret? I could see one good reason for underground tunnels. If the tunnels were to be wide enough, maybe you could transport secret aircraft or projects to and from Edwards, 51, etc.. without the opposition knowing or seeing. Sounds like a very large amount of green being spent though.
