Benefits? It can't hover, and needs more room to land. It is no faster than conventional choppers. The 28 year old Bell 206 traffic chopper I rode on is a fast as the Hawk 4.

If you want high visibility, use the Coast Guard HH-65A as an example. When I see a day-glo orange chopper in the air, I know its the Coast Guard.
