Well, it is a good recap of the known facts, along with a few less-known bits of information. But hardly the "smoking gun" that the intro promises. The interpretation of the contents of the document that is visible in Gen. Ramey's hand in one photo (which has been on various web sites for several years) is IMO inconclusive at best. Due to the poor quality of the original photo I believe that the note can be interpreted to say pretty much anything. The excavation team came out empty handed, which is not surprising after 55 years, even IF something other than a weather baloon crashed there in 1947.
