My opinion..its not really anything. Just because one side is more irregular, does not neccessarily mean anything I could easily see one side looking different, since on one side of the aircraft, the wingtip vortice and the jet engine exhaust will swirl away from each other, and on the other side, they will swirl towards each other, and be more disturbed.
