The Air Force is usually pretty good about getting back, even without FOIA requests, if you go through the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA), Air Force Safety Center (AFSC). And of course if they were flying the plane.

The Agency is another story. I've been in the FOIA system for a different A-12 coming on three years now. Not exactly a timely way to get crash information.
