The poles in this picture appear to be power poles, not telephone. It is possible that telephone cable might be "riding" on the same poles but it would be at least 42" below the power - not clear in these photos if that is the case. The poles in the TTR photos on this site, near the main gate, appear to be all power poles. It is likely that most communication type cables are buried, at least wherever possible.
