Chuck would have major bragging rights after the Aurora is released in that he had the video first. Maybe the general public wouldn't be impressed with Chuck holding the information perhaps a decade, but those who snoop on the base would be impressed. Talking about things in the vault, there is someone who has camo dude recordings before the encrypted trunk system was installed, including the day they first landed on "k-mart".
