These are 1 meter per pixel, so I don't think you are seeing drums. Those four objects are probably 3 or 4 pixel wide. Maybe small tanks.

As an aside, I don't see any power entering these buildings. If it were overhead, you would think a power pole plus shadow would be visible. If the power is underground, then this could be the large manhole Joerg referred to, i.e. a power vault. Then again, you can just drive over vaults, so why mark it?
