Freedom Ridge is part of the first line of hills. Start at the "Guard Shack" pointer, and go over to the left about 1/4 of the distance between the "Guard Shack" pointer and the "Groom Base" pointer. There is a lighter colored area below and to the left of it.

The Groom Lake Road signs, where the border crosses the road, are a little below and to the right of the Guard Shack. You can see GL Rd. cross the valley in a straight line. Near the border you can (barely) see a couple of curves.
