A while ago someone approached me with this deal, aparently trying to partner with me. I made some inquiries in Rachel and found out that there may be a problem with getting electricity to the properties. Power is distributed by a co-op in Rachel, which does not cover that area.

More important: 5 acre lots in Rachel sell for less than $10k undeveloped, or about $15-18k with power, well and septic. A 5 acre lot in this development would be over $32k. Need I say more? Nice try...
