How correct is this statement? I made a trip up Tikaboo a few weeks
ago (first time in years), and was surprised at the cell coverage I got.
It seemed I got fine service from the Alamo cell site from anywhere in
the Badger Valley. There were areas of the total route that weren't covered,
but I thought a lot was. Perhaps it depends on one's service provider and
type of phone? I have ATT and a dual mode phone. The reception down in
the canyon around Badger Spring sucked, but that would be expected. And of
course coverage at the top was great, direct to the monitors at the base!
