There's nothing too advanced about the aircraft in this picture when compared to today's knife-edge technologies, although a basic drawing like this is difficult to draw conclusions from.

The engine inlets and exhausts are on the underside of the wing, there appears to be a clear boundary between wing and fuselage, and it has a high vertical stab. These features are all against the current trends in LO design.

The highly swept wing and lack of horizontal stabs would not allow for easy low speed handling or high speed manouverability either.

Although the design is quite sleek and may well have a supercruising capability, I would suggest that perhaps it is a decade or more old, and may have been an early submisson for the ATF competiton which eventually spawned the F-22 and YF-23.
