Yes, I guess the official name is Desert Lake. It is labeled "T-Bird Lake" on the Nellis Range Chart. Probably in reference to the USAF Thunderbirds team, who may be using this airspace for practice. I haven't done it yet, but the best access road appears to be from US-93 near N37 12.60'/W115 3.90'. It leads past Desert Lake and connects back with I-15 near N36 22.0'/ W115 21.4'. On the map it looks like it goes in and out of the restricted zone a couple of times. Not sure if you can drive it down all the way.
