Dr. Scott Miller, Professor of Aeronautics at Wichita State University, gave a well-balanced overview of the basic premises behind the existence of Black Programs to approximately a hundred aficionados of military aviation, many of whom were members of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Some of them were employees of several defense contractors, such as Raytheon, TRW, Northrop Grumman, etc., whose offices are located in the city of El Segundo, right next to the airport. (Southern California has long been the hub of aerospace industry in the U.S.)

Dr. Miller touched upon many of the items often discussed among Black Programs enthusiasts, such as speculations over the alleged TR-3A, the alleged pulse detonation wave propulsions, doughnuts on a rope "contrails", the role and development of UCAVs and other UAVs, Joint Strike Fighters, the ongoing prototype testings of X-33s, etc. etc.

Naturally, Groom Lake was brought about quite often in his presentation......JANET flights, etc......the regular run of the mill topics that we are all familiar with in Dreamland Resort.

Dr. Miller emphasized that all his sources came from the public domain, that has always been readily available.
