The trouble is newsmax and worldnetdaily often make stuff up, such as the Vince Foster murder. Newsmax and worldnetdaily are not reliable sources. Somewhere on newsmax you can find an article about Bill Clinton sailing into View Nam with the Viet Nam flag higher (superior) to the US flag. Now ask yourself this: when the hell does Bill Clinton sail into a port? He has a damn nice airplane and doesn't need a boat.

However, if you check carefully, I bet some PLA member had something to do in the US, and the story is "amplified", i.e. stretch the truth.

Now case in point, I plug the General's name into the search engine on the People's Daily, and nothing shows up. You would this if this general were real, his name would show up on some other unrelated story.
