I agree about the fastmover. I believe the term refers to both a fast moving aircraft, and also an aircraft that you want to move out of sight quickly once on the ground. As you say, a high priority flight.
Bill and I were observing it for almost an hour while it was doing its test way off in the distance, and it was really moving!

The slowmover in one of the audio clips is most likely a helicopter, probably one of the perimeter patrol "Pave Hawks". The tower says the slowmover is landing on the north pad, which is where the security choppers are parked.
I am not sure if the Janet would be referred to as slowmover.
