BUT, as far as superpowers go, look at China. And Russia is still an adversary.

As far a what they know.... rumors are just that until they are acknowledged. You want to minimize what your enemy knows......even if they already know!!!! Anyone (I mean ANYONE) can buy RAM off F-117A #806, but you don't see the US handing it over to evey country we meet do ya? Why? Let them work for it.. that's why.
