Well the fire department would be needed should a incident or accident happen at 51. Obvisouly! perhaps the fast mover may have had a malfuction, like no brakes. Since I do work at major, intl airport. I can tell U this, the only time the fire department rolls out is when there is something wrong, with an inbound flight and may be needed immediatley, etc. So far to date no incidents where their skills were necessary fortunaltely most cases are faulty warning light's like gear down not locked or no brakes. could be that the fast mover was
