Frankly I find it hard to believe that Dreamland would really be concerned about a bunch of us "not so bright ... so-called "researchers"" ;-)
With a regular scanner the trunked, scrambled and digital signals are impossible to decode, even if you have all the exact frequencies. And except for very few emergency situations, whatever is transmitted unscrambled is considered uncritical from a security point of view.
