Lets just say it is a band that you would not expect aircraft to use.
The more freqs you publish......the more you mention listening in on things.........it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that the guys at the Site are going to take steps to prevent eavesdropping!
Among other measures that are taken for some of the other "not so bright" things that you so-called "researchers" are doing.
