During the Longshot exercise in 96, three B-2s were parked at DOE lamp (northeast) under the sun for a couple of days. I don't know if B-2s fly out of Nellis during Red Flag. I think F-117s are usually hangered near Red Flag apron (southwest) when deployed to Nellis.

Even an U-2 sometimes plays the Flag. When one does, they say the recce bird doesn't deploy to Nellis, but the pilots come to Nellis in their black T-38 for the debriefing at the end of the day.
