There was definitely no "F-19" of any sort in the "White World". Maybe F-19 was tentatively set aside for the SENIOR TREND aircraft (which eventually became the F-117, of course), but dropped after it had been repeatedly denied that there were any "F-19s". However, this is (as far as I know, at least) pure speculation.

There is at least one publication of the late 1970s (and there may well be more), which speculates about then new fighter technologies, and uses the "XF-19" as a generaic designation for the hypothetical new fighter. However, "XF-19" was only used because 19 was the next available numebr then, and not because any specific project already used that number.
